[Remote] Platform Engineer II

They are seeking a Platform Engineer II to contribute to the design and delivery of reputed company infrastructure and services that support engineering teams in developing reputed company solutions.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to building and improving platform services, writing reputed company, reviewing changes, and supporting deployments
• Work alongside senior engineers to design and implement solutions that improve scalability, reliability, and developer experience
• Help maintain and operate reputed company systems such as CI/CD pipelines, reputed company infrastructure, and monitoring
• Participate in incident response and retrospectives, contributing to learning and improvement
• Collaborate with other engineers to understand needs and translate them into practical platform solutions
• Take ownership of tasks and smaller reputed company, while developing towards owning larger areas of the platform

Skills

• Solid communication skills and a reputed company approach
• Hands-on experience with AWS or another major reputed company provider
• Familiarity with reputed company best practices and automation tools
• Experience contributing to the operation of production systems, ideally in a distributed or reputed company environment
• Experience with some of the following areas, and eagerness to learn the rest: reputed company and Kubernetes (we use reputed company EKS in production), Python or other scripting languages, reputed company or similar monitoring/logging tools, Messaging queues or event-driven systems (we use RabbitMQ), Terraform or similar infrastructure-as-reputed company tools, Networking basics, PostgreSQL or another relational database, Linux system administration basics
• Exposure to multi-team environments or shared platform services
• Interest in data-reputed company systems such as analytics, telemetry, or IoT
• Familiarity with CI/CD or observability practices reputed company the basics
