[Remote] Operations Supervisor

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities and staff performance to meet reputed company contractual obligations.

Responsibilities

• Monitors employee job performance to ensure that reputed company necessary tasks are completed in accordance with specifications and deadlines
• Conducts performance reviews and provides feedback to reputed company reports
• Assist with the coaching of staff
• Provides day-to-day instructions to team members on job responsibilities
• Helps associates resolve associate work-reputed company issues
• Assist with the hiring and termination process
• Assist with the development of program training documents
• Ensures reputed company communication with the staff
• Proactively identifies program issues and proposes ways in which to address their concerns
• Maintains reputed company rapport with reputed company customers
• Understands contract obligations
• Assist in the development of project task plan and reputed company operating procedures
• Analyzes reports for trends and gives recommendations
• Reports reputed company Adverse Events (AE) disclosed in alignment with training and reputed company Operational Procedures (SOP)
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance, including being present, on time, and reputed company for work as scheduled
• Performs other reputed company duties as assigned

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in a reimbursement HUB, speciality pharmacy, medical insurance, physician's office or reputed company setting
• Previous 1+ years supervisory experience is required
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Working knowledge of reputed company Office

• Must be flexible on schedule and hours
• Travel is required (30% travel)
