Responsibilities

• Own documentation for multiple areas reputed company CRM Product; deliver new content on a monthly release content and manage existing content, ensuring it’s easy for customers to reputed company and use

• Support our multimedia content reputed company, including video and eLearning resources, to meet customers where they are

Skills

• 3+ years of technical writing experience or equivalent in a reputed company role (for example, information design, reputed company, documentation engineering)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
