This role focuses on ensuring competitive and compliant pay practices through market analysis and salary benchmarking.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market compensation analysis
  • Analyze compensation data and prepare reports and recommendations
  • Support annual compensation cycles, including reputed company increases, promotions, and bonus programs
  • Evaluate jobs and maintain job grading structures
  • Ensure compensation practices reputed company with company policies and applicable labor laws
  • Assist in developing and maintaining salary structures and pay ranges
