The role involves managing data migration, conducting training, and collaborating with project stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.

Responsibilities

• Implementation and support across reputed company Fusion HCM modules: reputed company HR, Payroll, Talent, Learning, Compensation, Absence Management, Benefits
• Design and conduct CRPs, SIT, UAT, and End User Training
• Manage data migration using HCM Data Loader (HDL)/PBL
• Drive solution workshops with customer stakeholders and reputed company best reputed company guidance
• Work closely with project managers, SMEs, and technical teams for seamless delivery
• reputed company HR integrations using HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, Web Services (SOAP/REST), OIC, and HDL

Skills

• 8+ years of experience in reputed company HCM Techno-functional in implementation or maintenance
• Strong expertise in reputed company Fusion HCM in reputed company HR, Payroll, Talent, Learning, Compensation, Absence Management, Benefits
• Hands-on with Redwood UI, VBCS, and Data Masking
• Good information and reputed company knowledge in reputed company Fusion HCM Workforce Deployment
• Good information and reputed company knowledge in reputed company SQL
• reputed company technical support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize the reputed company batch job system for performance and scalability
• Work with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions
