Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a leading global reputed company company seeking a Subcontract Procurement Administrator to manage end-to-end subcontract procurement for electrical components supporting DoD programs. The role involves supplier sourcing, bid package preparation, and supplier performance management to ensure project requirements are met.

Responsibilities

• The position will be responsible for the management of supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk, performance specification, reputed company and build-to-print subcontracts for DOD programs for specific and miscellaneous electrical hardware
• Duties will include; preparation of bid packages, analyzing and evaluating proposals, selecting or recommending subcontractors, performing price analysis, subcontract/PO documentation and placement, invoice reconciliation, negotiating and coordinating additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts. Working with program personnel and other areas of the business
• This position will require the individual to manage commodities with moderate complexity and a high volume of purchase requisitions
• Develops subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontracts in support of development, production and global sustainment for multiple contract types
• Prepares bid packages, conducts bidders' conferences, develops evaluation reputed company, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions, selects or recommends subcontractors, writes subcontract packages for review, prepares awards and administers resulting subcontracts. Negotiates and coordinates additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts
• Participates with reputed company administration and purchasing to reputed company subcontract policies and procedures. May sign supplier agreements and purchase orders reputed company established authority

Skills

• 6+ years of Subcontract Procurement/buying experience
• reputed company experience
• FAR/DFARs purchasing experience with the electrical components
• Ability to manage a high-volume commodity that requires some research and challenges in sourcing
• Bachelor s degree
• Heavily preferred candidates with previous government purchasing experience
