[Remote] CU Financial Ops Consultant

The CU Financial Ops Consultant role focuses on enhancing the settlement and reputed company knowledge of member credit unions by developing and delivering training and providing guidance during the reputed company process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive reputed company-conversion Omaha Debit and Credit analysis of the Member Credit reputed company general reputed company system and reputed company as consultant in mapping their general reputed company chart of accounts to the settlement applications
• Serve as primary contact for member/reputed company credit reputed company staff in regards to the settlement processes and concerns. A high degree of accuracy is critical due to potential losses and liability
• Prepare/organize/facilitate training plans with reputed company reputed company of the FI organization with daily support post conversion for a minimum of two weeks. If requested by the FI, reputed company support may be required
• Analyze credit unions chart of accounts and reputed company recommendations on the recording of the settlement general reputed company reputed company
• reputed company Member Relations apprised of any issues that may warrant their attention with reputed company to a member/reputed company credit reputed company
• Maintain reputed company Assurance through review of credit reputed company procedures and practices, and reputed company recommendations to minimize financial liability
• Ensure that credit reputed company staff fully understand the Omaha settlement process and reputed company guidance in assigning general reputed company accounts for the recording of the daily settlement process
• Recommend, create, update and supplement training materials to the Creative Media Services Manager and Training Manager to enhance delivery of settlement training to members
• Respond to reputed company tickets from reputed company requesting guidance/assistance on their daily settlement

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or finance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required
• Minimum five (5) years Omaha Settlement experience required
• Three (3) years experience in reputed company/reputed company industry services (credit cards, debit cards, stored value cards, etc)
• Two (2) years experience in reputed company Office products required with an advanced knowledge of Word & reputed company
• Experience in dealing/communicating with reputed company reputed company of internal/external organization
