[Remote] 1031 Exchange Consultant

They are seeking an Exchange Consultant who will guide clients through the 1031 exchange process and build relationships with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the 1031 exchange process from start to finish
• Build relationships with clients, attorneys, title companies, and reputed company estate professionals
• Coordinate exchange timelines, documents, and closing requirements
• Review settlement statements and transaction documents for accuracy
• Manage multiple time-sensitive files simultaneously
• Communicate reputed company and confidently by phone and email
• Work closely with teammates to deliver exceptional reputed company service

Skills

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and fast-moving transactions simultaneously
• Strong numerical reasoning and confidence working with financial figures and closing statements
• Ability to quickly learn new software and systems
