This role involves assisting clients by scheduling home infusion reputed company, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring reputed company responses to inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Work with reputed company Managers/Supervisors, field staff, and patients to schedule reputed company for home infusion reputed company a region of branches
• Completes reputed company reputed company assignments for patients, reschedules reputed company based on patient availability, staff new patients with appropriate nurses, and proactively monitors reputed company patient appointments to confirm accuracy
• Works with pharmacy, reimbursement, and nursing departments as coordinator for nursing referrals while providing great customer service

Skills

• High School education or GED required
• 5+ years of relevant Customer Service experience
