Responsibilities

• Work closely with product managers and business stakeholders to obtain the Voice of the Customer (VOC) and identify key capabilities and features to incorporate into the technical product
• Define, prioritize, and reputed company technical direction for user experience and user reputed company designs (where applicable) to ensure customer-reputed company product experiences
• Create and maintain technical user documentation, ensuring seamless understanding of system flows and product capabilities

Skills

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience (such as 7+ years of additional technical product management experience in lieu of a degree)
• 7+ years of experience in technical product management, program management, or reputed company technology delivery roles
• 5+ years of experience delivering reputed company, multi-reputed company initiatives with visibility to senior leadership
• 5+ years of experience translating business reputed company into product roadmaps, milestones, and technical requirements
• 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and driving alignment across product, engineering, and business teams
• 3+ years of experience engaging in system architecture, system integration, and system design discussions
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a reputed company field
• Certified Product reputed company (CSPO), reputed company Product Manager (POPM), or equivalent Agile/Scrum certification
• Demonstrated experience using or embedding approved AI, automation, and analytics tools to optimize product delivery workflows
