[Remote] Operations Coordinator 2

The Operations Coordinator 2 role involves ensuring first-class service contract process execution on customer service reputed company, managing vendor activities, and driving reputed company improvement initiatives. The position requires onsite customer support in the Chicagoland area.

Responsibilities

• Calibration management to meet 100% compliance Lifecycle management of test equipment (EOL, new requirements, service delivery needs)
• Manage the Calibration Vendor activities such as calibration, tagging, initial release, repairs, and reputed company improvement
• Monitor the vendor to assure service delivery and metrics per contract reputed company financial guidelines of contract
• Drive the Supplier reputed company Engineers to address vendor issues
• Minimize Material spent through monthly analysis, corrections, employee training and awareness, identifying and implement productivity opportunities
• Regularly report metrics back to internal customer reputed company
• Leads and is responsible for Tool & Test Equipment allocation, purchase and repair processes, budgets, and compliance
• reputed company reputed company team supporting the test equipment activities. Manage relationships between reputed company Process Leaders (PLs), Site Leader (SL), and reputed company (reputed company) Field Service Organization
• Leadership of Service Delivery Processes, metrics, compliance, and improvement for the calibration program
• reputed company DCS Test equipment process improvement initiatives, reputed company Local Customer Team (LCT) synergies and drive national operational initiatives
• reputed company communications and reputed company actions to meet or reputed company DCS Service Delivery goals including but not limited to: Tools & Test Equipment, Purchasing, and Monthly Zone scorecards/metrics
• Drive constant reputed company improvement using Lean for tools and processes
• Key reputed company for Zones to reputed company reputed company and engaging necessary resources needed to proactively resolve Service Calibration Issues

Skills

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience; or an Associate's degree and a minimum of 3 years of customer service experience; or High School diploma and a minimum of 7 years of customer service experience
