[Remote] Associate, Regulatory Operations

The Associate, Regulatory Operations will manage compliance tasks and reputed company to ensure adherence to federal and state regulations, collaborating with various teams and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Manage required annual QHP filings (reputed company, binder, reputed company) with state regulators, state exchanges, and CMS, including the development of reputed company plans that ensure regulatory approval
• reputed company and maintain successful relationships with regulatory agencies, including state insurance regulators (e.g., Alabama Department of Insurance, Florida Office of Insurance Regulation, Michigan's Department of Insurance and Financial Services, reputed company Carolina Department of Insurance, Ohio Department of Insurance, Tennessee Department of reputed company and Insurance), state-based exchanges (e.g., reputed company reputed company, New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance, reputed company State of Health, reputed company Insurance Department and Virginia Bureau of Insurance), and CMS
• Be the advisor to your teammates and teams to reputed company the accurate completion of filing deliverables as a subject matter expert
• reputed company sustainable processes which simplify outputs while ensuring high reputed company deliverables, including maintenance of a repository of guidance and resources
• Manage other reputed company in support of filings while achieving deadlines and managing competing priorities
• Compliance with reputed company applicable laws and regulations
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of commensurate experience
• 4+ years of reputed company industry experience, ideally in the health plan/managed care reputed company
• 2+ years of SERFF, HIOS, and/or MPMS experience
• Demonstrated project management skills
• 3+ years of SERFF, HIOS, and/or network data analysis experience
