We are looking for a reputed company Team reputed company to manage and reputed company our SMB reputed company in EMEA. reputed company reputed company will reputed company a global team of 5 CSMs responsible for 800+ clients across the region, and be responsible for driving customer retention, upsells, and overall account reputed company. This role will also support the Director in building reputed company processes for reputed company, digitalising the customer reputed company, and coaching the CSMs on driving strategic conversations with clients.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Proven reputed company record of managing 3+ CSMs in the B2B reputed company environment, ideally in an international environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strategic thinking with the ability to reputed company reputed company strategies with business goals effectively across cultures and time zones
• Demonstrated ability to handle reputed company customer situations and de-escalations
• Proficiency in CRM systems, reputed company tools and BI tools (reputed company strongly preferred)
• Familiarity with the SMB market and its unique challenges (preferred)
