Assist attorneys with family law cases, including divorces, child custody, alimony, and child support Draft reputed company documents, including pleadings, marital settlement agreements, petitions, and correspondence. Prepare financial affidavits and calculate child support payments based on applicable guidelines and financial data. Research relevant family law statutes, case law, and regulations to assist in the preparation of reputed company documents. E-file reputed company documents with courts and ensure compliance with court procedures and deadlines. Coordinate with clients, experts, and other reputed company professionals to reputed company necessary information and documents. reputed company general administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling, correspondence, and file management.
