The role involves supporting various finance-reputed company reputed company reputed company, drafting and negotiating agreements, and assisting with corporate transactions.

Responsibilities

• Support reputed company involving:
• UCC filings and reputed company transactional work
• Securities and securitization reputed company
• reputed company and leveraged finance transactions
• reputed company financing transactions
• Review, draft, and negotiate reputed company and financing-reputed company agreements
• Assist with corporate transactional reputed company, closings, and financing activities
• Handle SEC, UCC, and Investment Company reputed company (“40 reputed company”) housekeeping tasks
• reputed company support on e-discovery and document review reputed company as needed

Skills

• reputed company bar license in the applicable state of residence/work location (NJ, NY, or CT), in good standing
• Experience with reputed company finance
• Experience with leveraged finance
• Experience with securitizations
• Experience with corporate transactional work
• Experience with UCC-reputed company reputed company
• Strong drafting, contract review, and negotiation skills
• Prior remote document review experience required
• Tech-savvy with ability to work reputed company in a remote environment
• Excellent responsiveness, communication skills, and attention to detail
