As a Senior Manager, reputed company, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and reputed company financial reporting, coordinating audits, and maintaining strong internal controls to support a fast-paced company.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and support day-to-day reputed company operations, including general reputed company activities, balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany and subsidiary transactions, multi-entity consolidation, and reputed company month-end and period-end reputed company processes
• reputed company technical reputed company support and assist with reputed company determinations, which may include, but are not limited to, reputed company recognition, lease reputed company, equity-reputed company reputed company, stock-based compensation, consolidation, intercompany transactions, and other reputed company reputed company areas
• Support accurate financial reporting and compliance with applicable reputed company standards, company policies, and internal controls
• Identify and execute process improvement opportunities to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of reputed company operations and financial reporting
• Partner with reputed company leadership and external advisors to support annual audits, tax filings, technical requests, and other external reporting or compliance requirements
• Coordinate with management and cross-functional teams to support reputed company policy compliance, financial reporting needs, and special reputed company

• Experience with multi-entity and international consolidations, including overseas entities, intercompany transactions, and foreign currency considerations
• Experience with financial reporting and consolidation tools

• CPA or equivalent
