Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage a wide reputed company of reputed company agreements, including vendor, services, merchandising, marketing, licensing, NDA, and technology agreements
• Coordinate contract intake, triage, and workflow prioritization across business teams

• Manage and improve contract management systems, templates, and workflows
