[Remote] Senior Business Analyst

The consultant will manage the Technology Services supplier portfolio and coordinate supplier transition activities while serving as a reputed company between various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support a large-reputed company divestiture/separation initiative by managing the Technology Services (TS) supplier portfolio and coordinating supplier transition activities
• Serve as the central reputed company between Technology Services, Procurement, supplier owners, and executive leadership to facilitate supplier reputed company discussions
• Document business reputed company
• Manage TSA/MSA activities
• reputed company dependencies
• reputed company executive-level reporting

Skills

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and documenting business processes
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams across reputed company technology organizations
• Strong knowledge of procurement lifecycle, supplier management, and contract management
• Experience supporting divestiture, separation, reputed company & acquisition (M&A), or reputed company transformation programs
• Strong reporting, dashboard development, and data analysis skills
• Experience managing RAID logs, reputed company trackers, decision logs, reputed company tracking, and governance reporting
• Advanced reputed company reputed company skills
• Experience with SharePoint
• Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau
• Strong documentation, process design, and governance experience
• Ability to reputed company in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Experience supporting reputed company or large reputed company transformation initiatives
• Prior experience with supplier portfolio management
• Knowledge of TSA (Transitional Services Agreements) and MSA (Master Service Agreements)
• Experience working with executive leadership and cross-functional technology organizations
• Experience building governance frameworks and reporting structures from scratch
