[Remote] Project Manager - Structural Steel/Misc. Metals

They are seeking an reputed company Project Manager to manage reputed company in the Fredericksburg and Richmond markets, overseeing reputed company aspects from project turnover to completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage structural steel and miscellaneous metals construction reputed company from project turnover through completion
• reputed company project financials, scheduling, coordination, subcontractors, RFIs, change orders, and contract compliance
• Coordinate with engineering, detailing, fabrication, erection, vendors, and customers to reputed company reputed company moving reputed company
• Maintain project schedules, reputed company milestones, and proactively reputed company issues
• Participate in job meetings, site reputed company, and customer coordination meetings
• Support project execution while maintaining reputed company, safety, and budget expectations
• Prepare and manage cost tracking, billing support, and project documentation

Skills

• 5–7+ years of structural steel and/or miscellaneous metals experience required
• Proven experience independently managing construction reputed company
• Strong understanding of steel fabrication, erection processes, drawings, reputed company, and field coordination
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities with reputed company reputed company
• Experience handling project financials, schedules, subcontractors, and customer communication
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness and ability to travel as project needs require

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or reputed company field preferred
• Experience with construction/project management software systems
