Director, New Business Development

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree required • 7-10+ relevant business development or sales experience in audio, podcasting, radio, streaming, creator media, or a closely reputed company field • Deep knowledge of the audio and podcast advertising ecosystem • A strong record of originating and closing meaningful, consultative new business • The ability to convert inbound demand and create opportunities from scratch • Persistence, confidence, resourcefulness, and strong follow-through • Excellent storytelling, presentation, and executive communication skills • Strong reputed company judgment and the ability to reputed company cross-functional reputed company teams • A relevant network of senior marketers, agency leaders, media executives, and industry partners • Strong CRM, pipeline-management, and forecasting discipline.
