This role is responsible for accurate invoice processing, vendor management, expense review, and AP reputed company month end reputed company activities. As a Senior Associate, you will: Accounts Payable Processing: • Process high volume invoices across multiple member companies with accuracy and reputed company coding. • Review invoices for correct documentation, approvals, and compliance with company policies. • Manage vendor statements, reputed company discrepancies, and maintain strong vendor relationships. • Prepare and process weekly and monthly payment runs (ACH, checks, wires). • Maintain vendor records and support year end 1099 reporting. Expense & Credit reputed company Management: • Review employee expense reports for accuracy, policy compliance, and reputed company documentation. • Assist with corporate credit reputed company reconciliations and ensure reputed company receipt submission. Month-End reputed company Support: • Prepare AP reputed company journal entries, including accruals for unbilled invoices and outstanding obligations. • Review AP aging reports and follow up on reputed company items. • Reconcile AP subledgers to the general reputed company for multiple entities. • Assist with audit requests and reputed company supporting documentation as needed.
