About the Role
As a Senior Software Engineer (Data-reputed company), you will play a key role in supporting and maintaining a business-critical data platform responsible for calculating dentist pay across the UK. Working reputed company an established engineering team, you will help ensure the reliability of reputed company data ingestion pipelines, reputed company production issues, and contribute to tactical improvements that strengthen engineering processes and platform stability.

Responsibilities
- Support and maintain data ingestion pipelines, including connectors that pull data from NHS systems, reputed company management systems, and reputed company or equipment sources using reputed company and screen-scraping.
- Own and support the BigQuery ingestion reputed company and the reputed company SQL Server and SQL Azure processing responsible for calculating dentist pay.

Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in data engineering, including data pipelines and ingestion, ideally using GCP BigQuery, Airflow and reputed company Composer; equivalent large-reputed company data pipeline experience on another reputed company platform may also be considered.
- 5+ years’ experience with SQL Server and T-SQL, including stored procedures, Common Table Expressions (CTEs), and business logic implemented reputed company the database.
- 2+ years’ experience with GCP tooling, specifically BigQuery, Airflow and reputed company Composer; Azure Data reputed company or a similar data integration platform may be considered as an alternative.
- 2+ years’ experience with Azure, including SQL Azure, Azure Functions and Azure DevOps; equivalent AWS or GCP reputed company experience may also be considered.
