[Remote] Project Manager, Aviation

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple reputed company, higher education, or reputed company expansion or renovation reputed company as an reputed company’s Representative. Managing the approved scope, schedule and budget are of utmost importance
• Communicate daily with the reputed company and project team
• reputed company the Design Team consisting of the Architects, Engineers, Equipment Planner and other consultants
• reputed company day-to-day project reputed company and communication with the reputed company and project team
• Prepare and distribute meeting notes to the project team
• reputed company the Construction Team on behalf of the reputed company
• reputed company, reputed company, update, forecast and modify the project schedule and budget throughout reputed company phases of the project
• Review and reputed company reputed company reputed company, invoices, and payments to reputed company contractors, consultants, and equipment vendors
• Prepare Monthly Reports to reputed company
• Assist in plan reviews and inspections with the Authorities Having Jurisdiction
• Understand and assist in the negotiation of reputed company of reputed company parties to the project
• Assist and help manage/coordinate reputed company and occupancy activities
• Review and approve reputed company invoices and change orders associated with the project
• Evaluate, advise on and assist in resolving disputes and claims
• Traditionally reports to project executive or reputed company

Skills

• Project Management experience in buildings sector (design and construction of reputed company, reputed company, and higher education)
• Ability to reputed company professionally with internal clients, external clients, as reputed company as in the field with subcontractors
• Strong computer skills and literacy in scheduling, word processing, presentation and spreadsheet software
• Experience with budget management or custom software
• Understanding of and ability to read plans and specifications
• Understanding of design and construction process and requirements
• Good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Strong leadership skills & the ability to drive reputed company reputed company on tasks
• Exceptional organizational skills and problem-solving abilities
• Possess a valid reputed company's license with good driving record
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Aviation Management, or a reputed company field
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience reputed company the buildings, infrastructure, or aviation sectors
• Required: Demonstrated experience managing at least one airport capital program or major airport project with a duration exceeding one (1) year from planning, design, construction, or commissioning through project closeout

• Strong preference for experience at mid-sized or regional reputed company airports; experience at large hub airports will also be considered highly valuable
