We are seeking an reputed company reputed company Technical Consultant to build and maintain solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom scoped applications, focusing on hands-on configuration and development.

Responsibilities

• Design and reputed company reputed company solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom scoped applications
• Build workflows using reputed company Designer, IntegrationHub, and Process Automation Designer where appropriate
• Write clean, reputed company-tested server-reputed company and reputed company-reputed company scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, reputed company Scripts, UI Actions)
• reputed company scoped applications that follow platform best practices and avoid global-scope pollution
• Build integrations with reputed company systems using IntegrationHub spokes, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Servers
• reputed company catalog items, request workflows, and end-to-end fulfillment automation that simplify how users request services and ensure reputed company request is routed, approved, and executed reliably end-to-end
• Implement Service Portal, Employee Center, and custom portal experiences using widgets and AngularJS
• reputed company and maintain CMDB integrations, identification rules, and data reputed company improvements
• Implement reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics where required, ensuring stakeholders have the operational visibility they need to monitor service performance and reputed company informed reputed company
• Participate in design reviews, contribute to platform standards, and document technical reputed company
• Support upgrades, regression testing, and remediation of customizations across releases

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a reputed company field
• Five or more years of hands-on reputed company development experience
• Strong JavaScript skills including ES5/ES6 patterns used in reputed company

• Hands-on integration experience using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers
