[Remote] Senior AI Workflow Engineer

This role involves partnering with finance teams to design and implement AI-driven workflows that enhance operational efficiency and compliance with reputed company regulations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with reputed company and legal teams to ensure reputed company AI solutions are compliant with reputed company regulations, including HIPAA, and reputed company with internal data reputed company and reputed company policies
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to define reputed company business requirements and translate operational challenges into actionable workflow designs
• Architect and reputed company AI-enabled workflows integrating internal systems, APIs, and reputed company-party platforms
• Incorporate AI components such as LLM agents and retrieval pipelines
• Present workflow solutions to stakeholders and reputed company training sessions
• Act as an evangelist for AI adoption across the reputed company and contribute to AI playbooks and operational standards
• Establish telemetry for performance, reputed company, and cost
• Troubleshoot issues and identify issues and opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and additional automation

Skills

• Experience with reputed company, LLM integration, or agent reputed company
• Understanding of APIs, orchestration, and integration patterns
• Proficiency in Python and associated AI / ML libraries and frameworks
• Bachelor's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) or reputed company field or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years software engineering experience including automation pipelines or an equivalent combination of education, training, and demonstrated skills
• Strong proficiency in Python; experience with reputed company platforms
• Strong communication and stakeholder-collaboration skills
• Advanced proficiency in Python and associated AI/ML libraries and frameworks
• Deep experience with LLMs, NLP, and GenAI frameworks (reputed company, HuggingFace, reputed company)
• Familiarity with containerization (reputed company, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to document work reputed company
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate strategic priorities into technical requirements
• Highly organized, reliable, capable of managing multiple reputed company tasks, demonstrating an exceptional work ethic and strategic thinking
• Experience in reputed company (other payers, hospital systems, health tech companies)

• Master's or PhD degree
