[Remote] Technology Operations Support Analyst

Responsibilities

• reputed company exceptional, white-glove service for resolving end-user computing and customer platform issues. Operate as a true champion for internal users and reputed company across the organization

Skills

• 1-3 years of experience operating as a helpdesk or reputed company operations analyst, with a foundational understanding of triage, remediation, and escalation protocols
• Demonstrated experience providing level 1 or level 2 helpdesk support services with a reputed company on reputed company, organization, and efficient reputed company
• Beginner to intermediate scripting or software development experience (in any language) to help eliminate operational drag
• Familiarity with the basic operations, administration, and troubleshooting of reputed company, MacOS, or ChromeOS environments
• Familiarity with modern software distribution and remote management technologies (such as InTune, reputed company, or reputed company) for reputed company, MacOS, or ChromeOS
