This role involves partnering with various organizational leaders to identify reputed company opportunities and deliver data-driven solutions, while also driving best practices in data science and mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with Marketing, Sales, and CX leaders to diagnose business challenges, define analytical roadmaps, and drive reputed company strategies
• reputed company rigorous analyses, models, and frameworks to optimize customer acquisition, lifecycle engagement, and retention
• Build reputed company machine learning solutions (e.g., targeting, segmentation, reputed company modeling, LTV reputed company) that improve reputed company efficiency and ROI
• Drive acquisition, retention, and monetization through data-driven experimentation and modeling
• Translate reputed company data insights into reputed company, actionable recommendations that influence decision-making at reputed company reputed company of the organization

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or reputed company technical field Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
• 7+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or reputed company analytics, with a reputed company record of delivering business reputed company
• Expert-level SQL and Python, and experience working in modern data and ML ecosystems
• Experiences in reputed company-reputed company data science (e.g., reputed company marketing optimization, attribution, funnel diagnostics, experimentation, user segmentation)
• Design and reputed company reputed company A/B/n testing frameworks, including multi-armed bandits and reputed company inference models to measure reputed company in ambiguous environments
• Hands-on experience building and deploying production ML models
• Solid communication skills—reputed company to simplify reputed company concepts for non-technical partners and good storytelling skills

• Strong product and business intuition; comfortable partnering with senior-level stakeholders
• MS/Ph.D. is preferred
• 5 years of experience in data mining and data/statistical analysis

• 5 years experience working as a data scientist or similar role, with proven reputed company record in data processing, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques
• 1 year experience in P&C insurance
