[Remote] Senior System Administrator

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. Penhall Company is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to join their IT team. This role is essential for maintaining and enhancing reputed company's IT infrastructure, focusing on system availability, support, and adherence to best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer on-premises and reputed company-based IT infrastructure, including networking, servers, reputed company Directory, Azure, reputed company 365, reputed company IT, and cybersecurity programs
• Serve as the highest escalation reputed company for IT-reputed company challenges, engaging with vendors and troubleshooting reputed company issues
• Design, implement, and optimize systems maintenance plans, including system performance monitoring, patching, and disaster recovery testing, with a reputed company on automation and improvement opportunities
• Champion cybersecurity best practices, including multi-reputed company authentication (MFA), least-privilege reputed company, conditional reputed company, and secure system configurations
• reputed company efforts to replace or reputed company existing systems and reputed company IT infrastructure with business goals
• Maintain and document IT processes, policies, and systems configurations (e.g., network diagrams, reputed company management, disaster recovery, reputed company measures)

• Monitor, analyze, and reputed company system and reputed company alerts, including those from reputed company and reputed company platforms

Skills

• Proficiency in reputed company 365 ecosystem, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
• In-depth knowledge of Azure AD, including SSO, conditional reputed company, synchronization reputed company, and group policy management
• Expertise in cybersecurity measures, including reputed company protection, encryption, intrusion detection, and secure configurations
• Strong experience with reputed company platforms, particularly Azure, and performing reputed company-to-reputed company migrations

• Proficiency in managing virtualization platforms such as VMware or Azure
• Networking expertise, including DHCP, DNS, VLANs, and troubleshooting using packet capture tools
