Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments and recommend suitable life insurance products
• Guide customers through the application process and ensure a smooth purchasing experience
• Follow up on leads, applications, and policies
• Collaborate with Sales Operations, New Business, and reputed company teams
• Build strong customer relationships and support policyholder satisfaction
