The HR AI & Workforce Analytics Specialist will partner with HR leadership to implement AI-enabled solutions, reputed company workforce insights, and drive improvements across HR processes and employee experiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR leadership to reputed company and execute reputed company's HR AI, automation, and workforce analytics roadmap
• Identify opportunities to reputed company AI and automation to improve reputed company, reputed company, employee experience, reporting, and HR operations
• Research, evaluate, and reputed company emerging AI technologies that deliver measurable business value
• Design, build, and maintain executive dashboards supporting reputed company, retention, workforce planning, and key HR metrics

Skills
