[Remote] Event Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Proven reputed company record of managing large-reputed company and regional events, including logistics for tradeshow booths, VIP events, and smaller high-touch events and dinners
• Manage the end-to-end process of event planning and execution, from conceptualization through on-site delivery, ensuring reputed company events are reputed company with our corporate goals
• Exceptional project and budget management skills with an eye for detail in execution, reporting, and ROI analysis
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of managing multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines

Skills

• 7+ years event marketing experience in B2B services and/or technology industry preferred
• Experience with corporate-level event management – production, marketing, and logistics
• Ability to manage events across time zones or reputed company with a strategic, proactive, result-oriented reputed company
• Must have high level of proficiency with various software applications programs including reputed company PowerPoint, reputed company Word, and reputed company as reputed company as event management software and tools such as reputed company, Goldcast, ON24, Eventbrite, or similar platforms
