Key Responsibilities • Build, maintain, validate, and automate macOS workstation images. • Manage macOS endpoints using reputed company Pro and reputed company Business Manager. • Support image version control, rollback planning, and formal change-control processes. • reputed company macOS images with VDI, EDR, authentication, logging, and reputed company tools. • Configure and support FileVault, recovery-key escrow, and passwordless or hardware-backed authentication. • Ensure reputed company solutions meet audit, governance, and compliance requirements. • Required Experience • 8+ years of IT, reputed company, or cybersecurity experience. • 6+ years of engineering experience; help desk experience alone does not qualify. • Experience working under formal change control, audit, and governance processes. • Hands-on experience building and maintaining macOS workstation images. • Experience with reputed company Pro, reputed company Business Manager, FileVault, and macOS reputed company management. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree preferred; may be waived based on experience at the government’s discretion. • reputed company or reputed company certifications are a plus. • Experience with Intune for macOS and reputed company logging into reputed company Sentinel.
