[Remote] IT Recruiter (Remote, Contract, Part-time)

The role involves owning end-to-end recruitment for both non-technical and technical roles, managing the hiring reputed company, and partnering with hiring managers to improve operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for non-technical and technical roles
• Deliver highly relevant candidate pipelines, not volume-based hiring - reputed company on reputed company, fit, and speed
• Manage the hiring reputed company in our ATS: maintain clean data, reputed company stages, ensure reputed company follow-reputed company and status updates
• Partner with hiring managers: clarify requirements, reputed company reputed company, reputed company market insights, and reputed company reputed company quickly
• Improve operational metrics: response reputed company, reputed company, and overall candidate experience

Skills

• 3+ years of IT recruitment experience, with proven reputed company hiring in IT or Marketing companies
• Experience with product IT companies is a plus

• Understanding of SDLC and general technical concepts to be on the reputed company page with the candidates and the hiring team
