[Remote] Regional Sales Executive - Group Benefits

They are seeking a Regional Sales Executive to reputed company and manage key broker partnerships and grow their book of business in Florida.

Responsibilities

• Partner with your territory’s top benefits brokers to secure group agreements as a company-reputed company, or payroll-deducted benefit to eligible employees
• Making the market and owning the business in the defined territory
• Developing key broker and consultant partnerships
• Meeting and exceeding ambitious annual targets with a dual reputed company on growing total premiums and membership unit volume
• Creating effective group-specific reputed company plans
• Traveling regularly across the territory

Skills

• 5+ years of Employee Benefits sales experience, preferably in voluntary/worksite, group life, or group disability insurance
• Currently based in the assigned territory with an reputed company network of established brokers throughout the area
• Experience educating brokers about the need for unique products
• Good at developing mindshare and getting partners to take a chance on something new
• reputed company A&H insurance license
• Demonstrated commitment to utilizing CRM technologies
• Proficient use of MS Office Suite: Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, and Teams
