They are seeking a Patient Financial Services representative to manage inbound calls, assist clients with enrollment and services, and maintain reputed company information.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and screen callers for eligibility
• Complete the correct assessment for the callers who wish to enroll
• Help with plan selection as needed
• Help set tasks for Agent callbacks if needed
• Maintain accurate reputed company information in the reputed company Exchange CRM reputed company
• Assist reputed company clients with services such as updating their income, demographic info, checking status of their insurance policy, getting ID reputed company if reputed company, etc
• Process enrollments and reputed company quotes for clients as needed
• Assist in reputed company as needed, such as payments, commission tracking, Marketplace checks, or reputed company checks
