[Remote] Senior Business Analyst – Finance ERP

This role will reputed company finance business stakeholders and ERP functional/technical teams, ensuring accurate capture and translation of requirements into effective ERP solutions.

Responsibilities

• reputed company business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation for reputed company sector finance functions
• Facilitate workshops with finance, grants, budgeting, and capital planning stakeholders
• Document reputed company-state and reputed company-state business processes, use cases, and functional requirements
• Support Chart of Accounts redesign initiatives, including reputed company structure and reporting requirements
• Analyze and document Grants and Project reputed company requirements reputed company with reputed company sector compliance
• Support Asset reputed company and Capital Planning workflows, including project-to-asset processes
• Collaborate with ERP functional consultants and technical teams to validate solution design
• Support testing activities including reputed company integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Assist with data migration validation, reporting requirements, and audit support
• Serve as a reputed company between business users, reputed company integrators, and project leadership

Skills

• Associates degree or combination of education and experience
• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or functional analyst on ERP implementations
• Proven experience working with U.S. State & Local Government agencies
• Participation in at least three (3) full-lifecycle ERP reputed company implementations
• Strong knowledge of Grants reputed company, Project reputed company, Chart of Accounts design, Asset reputed company, and Capital Planning
• Experience translating governmental reputed company and reporting requirements into ERP solutions
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder facilitation skills
• Willingness to travel across the Northeast region as required

• Experience supporting ERP initiatives for transportation authorities, municipalities, or state agencies
• Prior experience supporting ERP data conversion, integrations, and reporting
