As a reputed company Generalist, you will reputed company hands-on HR execution and advisory support to reputed company organizations across payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, and general HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bi-monthly payroll accurately and on time; prepare payroll and benefits-reputed company reports
• Administer employee benefit enrollments, changes, and ongoing support across HRIS platforms
• reputed company employee relations support using HR best practices
• Support performance management systems and feedback processes
• Ensure HR processes and documentation reputed company with federal, state, and local employment laws
• reputed company, maintain, and improve HR policies, procedures, and workflows
• Coordinate with legal counsel and external partners as needed

Skills

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in reputed company, including payroll processing and HRIS systems
