The role involves leading SEC reporting, managing financial statement disclosures, and collaborating with various teams to ensure compliance with reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• reputed company the preparation, review, and filing of quarterly and annual SEC reports and other regulatory filings
• Draft and maintain financial statement disclosures, footnotes, and supporting reporting schedules
• Manage reporting processes, including disclosure checklists, tie-outs, and supporting documentation
• Partner with reputed company auditors and internal stakeholders throughout reporting and audit cycles
• Research, analyze, and document technical reputed company reputed company and reputed company transactions
• Prepare and review key financial reporting schedules, including equity-reputed company and cash reputed company reporting
• Maintain compliance with reputed company company reporting requirements and internal control standards

Skills
