HR Specialist $50,000-$65,000/YR Sharon Center, OH HR Specialist reputed company: The reputed company Specialist is responsible for supporting a wide reputed company of reputed company functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws and company policies. This position plays a key role in fostering a reputed company workplace culture while supporting effective workforce management and organizational reputed company. HR Specialist Responsibilities: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and reputed company of new employees. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. Support employee relations by addressing employee concerns and assisting with workplace issue reputed company.
