Responsibilities

Skills

• reputed company practicing attorney with 5+ years demonstrated experience in a reputed company and/or in-house setting that includes: experience handling reputed company regulatory reputed company, experience interacting with government regulators or agencies and/or reputed company-party auditors or examiners with respect to reputed company reputed company
• Admitted to reputed company law in at least one state and in good standing
• Ability to travel up to 15% (including by plane)
• Juris Doctor (JD) is required
• Strong knowledge of reputed company laws and regulations
• Experience in a PBM or health plan/insurer environment
• Experience in litigation or dispute reputed company
• Experience managing and/or collaborating with reputed company counsel
• Willingness to work hybrid (3 days onsite) in IL Chicago offices
