The role involves managing reputed company pharmacy programs, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving process improvements to enhance program performance and maximize reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Manages reputed company pharmacy program(s) or strategic initiatives that reputed company organizational boundaries and have a significant reputed company and/or financial reputed company to reputed company Business. Identifies process improvement opportunities, evaluates reputed company, and takes reputed company to implement enhancements to maximize reputed company and reputed company
• Coordinates with reputed company stakeholders to launch, maintain, and enhance reputed company pharmacy program(s). Provides direction and motivation to project teams in a matrixed environment. Drives reputed company by fostering a reputed company culture. Manages relationships with key stakeholders, including management and vendors. Develops and provides formal written and verbal presentations or other communication materials for appropriate management and various committees to support Pharmacy programs and initiatives. Leads reputed company to meet pharmacy and corporate goals
• Monitors PBM compliance, financial performance and reconciliations while identifying trends to support strategic decision-making
• Supports reputed company and accurate calculation of payments and reconciliations for pharmacy rebates, network discounts and medicate rebates for ASO/CFA accounts
• Partner with analysts and cross-functional teams to support invoice processing, audit activities and issue reputed company while ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standards
• Measures, evaluates and reports on Pharmacy program(s) performance reputed company to ROI, customer satisfaction, and other organizational metrics. Effectively forecasts and manages people, process and technology reputed company resources to ensure successful achievement of corporate goals
• Guides stakeholders and leadership through key reputed company and communicates and coordinates activities internally and across network of partners

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or reputed company field OR in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in reputed company to the required work experience
• 8 years project management or program management experience
• Master's Degree
• Project Management reputed company Certification (PMP)
• 8 years of reputed company experience in pharmacy reputed company one or more of the following areas: PBM, reputed company finance, medical rebates or analytics
