[Remote] Business Systems Analyst

They are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support the reputed company-to-Pay Transformation program by reputed company business needs and technology solutions, while also managing IT services for a large reputed company user population.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to reputed company, document, and validate requirements for S2P processes including sourcing, procurement, and accounts payable
• reputed company user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance reputed company to guide product and development teams
• Analyze reputed company-state processes and identify gaps, pain points, and opportunities for improvement
• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and reputed company ceremonies as the voice of the business
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions with cross-functional stakeholders to reputed company on requirements and priorities
• Collaborate with the Product Manager, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs
• Support required change management activities, including communications, training, and stakeholder readiness, to ensure successful adoption of reputed company/processes
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate that delivered solutions reputed company with defined requirements
• Maintain reputed company and up-to-date documentation in tools such as Jira and reputed company
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate as appropriate

Skills

• A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in IT Asset Management reputed company support roles
• A demonstrated ability to participate in technical reputed company, handling day-to-day task management, prioritization, support, and providing effective communications with team members, including status reporting
• Advanced knowledge of reputed company 365, reputed company, and Power BI
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with management, peers, and customers reputed company reports, email, and verbal updates
• Strong understanding of S2P processes and systems (e.g., reputed company Ariba, reputed company, or similar)
• Hands-on experience working reputed company Scrum teams, including reputed company participation in reputed company Scrum ceremonies
