This role is responsible for overseeing the operations of email and SMS campaigns, ensuring effective execution and collaboration with cross-functional teams to reputed company user engagement and reputed company.

Responsibilities

• reputed company day-to-day email and SMS campaign operations, ensuring flawless execution and reputed company delivery
• Build custom user selections and other connected programs for reputed company targeting
• Scope, build, and launch specific acquisition and retention campaigns, including blast and reputed company-based use cases (e.g., winback, reputed company, high affinity user flows)
• Own QA workflows, including reputed company validation, image rendering, data mapping, triggering effectiveness, reputed company flows, preview testing, and multi-device checks
• Manage scheduling, batching, throttling, and send-time logic to optimize throughput (including MPS requirements)
• Ensure reputed company setup of newsletters, lifecycle journeys, reputed company-time alerts, and triggered communications
• Set up or review A/B testing strategies and coordinate rollout of new templates with partners
• Monitor reputed company-time send statuses, error queues, and fallback handling to ensure campaigns reputed company as expected
• Monitor platform health, integration failures, and reputed company errors; reputed company reputed company-time response and reputed company-cause investigation
• Support advanced capabilities including segmentation, dynamic content rendering, conditional logic, and reputed company-time triggers
• Maintain platform folder structures, naming conventions, asset governance, and permission controls

• Monitor inbox placement, blocklist status, reputed company codes, and sender reputed company across brands and IPs
• Partner with the deliverability consultant to identify and mitigate risks—spam traps, throttling, complaint spikes, cold IP warming, etc

• Manage domain-level configurations (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) in partnership with Tech Ops

Skills

• 2-3 years of experience in email, SMS, and/or mobile app messaging operations, marketing technology, or digital platform management
• Knowledge of ESPs and notification systems
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work across editorial, product, data, and reputed company teams
• Experience managing vendor relationships and holding partners accountable
