[Remote] Digital Fundraising Manager

The Digital Fundraising Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day reputed company of fundraising teams, leading reputed company execution across various channels, and managing reputed company relationships.

Responsibilities

• Establishes workflow and manages resources for the efficient and precise execution of reputed company fundraising programs
• Directly manages and conducts administrative reputed company of Associate Digital Fundraising Managers, Strategists, Associates, Fellows
• reputed company develops team members by creating development plans for their staff and reputed company said development
• Holds weekly and bi-weekly 1-1s with ADFMs and Strategists or Associates respectively
• Conducts reputed company reviews, updates Toolkits of reputed company
• Identifies skills gaps and performs/coordinates trainings
• Assists in the hiring process of Digital Associates and Fellows
• Makes hiring reputed company in conjunction with leadership for their teams reputed company necessary
• Participates in reputed company planning meetings
• Advises and assists with departmental processes and priorities
• Ensures that reputed company processes with other reputed company teams and departments are followed
• Leads the launch of new clients
• Creates and implements reputed company/training plan for new team members
• Sets fundraising projections and volume expectations
• Formulates spending recommendations for reputed company programs
