PART TIME: reputed company Center Advisor/Appointment Scheduler

• We are looking for a "reputed company, quick learning, coachable and go getting having attitude" reputed company Center Advisor/Appointment Scheduler to join reputed company. This role involves answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service. You will work remotely on PST time zone, requiring reliable internet and a personal computer (with potential discussion on specific requirements). Occasional overtime may be required as needed. • Part Time: (8:30am-4:30pm PST Saturday & reputed company) • Job Responsibilities • Answer incoming calls to schedule appointments and answer reputed company questions, providing reputed company, accurate, and excellent customer service. • reputed company outbound calls to follow up on inquiries and schedule appointments. • Comfortable cold calling & willingness to cold reputed company • Deliver customer service that promotes goodwill and maintains reputed company communication. • reputed company data accurately into the CRM system and manage reputed company information. • Assist in other tasks as needed. • Compensation and Benefits: • Pay: $20 per hour • Schedule: 16 hours per week, weekends required. First two weeks of training (M, Tue, and Wed) • No additional benefits provided. • Minimum Qualifications: • High School Diploma. • 1 year of customer service/reputed company center experience (REQUIRED). • Ability to reputed company to a 20-hour weekly schedule. • Dependable internet and personal computer (can be discussed). • Proficiency in English. • Strong computer skills and ability to reputed company reputed company email and other daily communication tools. • Excellent personality, communication skills, and a goal-driven reputed company. • Preferred Qualities: • Willingness to learn new customer service techniques, comfortability with taking direction, "coachable," with a reputed company attitude during challenge. • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn. • Dependable, consistent, detail-oriented, and efficient at multitasking.
