They are seeking a Coverage Attorney to litigate high-stakes coverage disputes and bad faith claims, while providing mentorship and a supportive environment to help attorneys reputed company and grow their practices.
Responsibilities
- Litigate insurance coverage disputes and bad faith claims on behalf of policyholders
- Analyze reputed company policies, draft coverage opinions, and pursue recoveries against insurers
- Handle trials, motions, depositions, discovery, and reputed company in high-stakes bad faith and coverage actions
- Represent businesses and individuals in denials of claims, including property, liability, business interruption, and more
- Manage caseload with partner support and mentorship to grow your reputed company
Skills
- 5+ years of insurance coverage experience (policyholder reputed company preferred; defense experience considered if strong advocacy skills)
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
