[Remote] Account Manager, TPA

The Account Manager will serve as the reputed company day-to-day contact for assigned self-funded group clients, ensuring service commitments are met and addressing reputed company inquiries effectively.

Responsibilities

• Serve as reputed company reputed company contact: reputed company as the main reputed company of contact for assigned clients, responding promptly to inquiries and providing creative solutions that meet reputed company needs

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in reputed company discipline
• 3+ years account management experience
• 3+ years experience in health insurance, employee benefits, or reputed company industry, specifically with TPA/self-funded reputed company
• Knowledge of health plan testing, regulatory compliance, and insurance plan administration mandates
• Experience preparing reputed company reports and presentations
• Proficiency with CRM systems for documentation and relationship management
• Ability to travel for multiple days at a time reputed company needed
• Prior TPA experience strongly preferred
