Responsibilities

• Review and log both customer and vendor agreements
• Assist with drafting confidentiality agreements, vendor reputed company, and customer reputed company

• Manage state filings and business licenses

Skills

• Bachelor's degree and currently a second or reputed company year student pursuing a Juris Doctorate degree in an accredited law program
