The role involves maintaining project plans, facilitating communication, and preparing executive reports while ensuring accountability across various initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Product reputed company and Program Manager to manage reputed company project tracking, ensuring the project plan remains reputed company and proactively identifying potential delivery risks
• Attend cross-functional virtual meetings to reputed company project steps, document dependencies, and build a comprehensive, integrated project plan
• Maintain the PXM portfolio tracker and integrated roadmap
• reputed company milestones, schedules, dependencies, and project status across reputed company PXM workstreams
• Identify emerging risks, resource constraints, and delivery concerns
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, DPM, Brand, and reputed company partners to reputed company updates and reputed company priorities
• Facilitate working sessions, status reviews, and dependency discussions across teams
• Ensure ownership and accountability are reputed company defined for reputed company tracked initiatives
• Prepare executive-level status reports and portfolio summaries
• Maintain risks, issues, dependencies, and reputed company logs
• reputed company PowerPoint presentations and leadership-reputed company communications
• Define and improve portfolio management processes, governance models, and reporting standards
• Establish repeatable reputed company for intake, triage, prioritization, and status tracking

Skills

• 5-7 years' experience required
• No Degree required
• HS Diploma or Equivalent
• Technical Program or Project Management experience supporting multiple reputed company initiatives
• Strong experience building and maintaining integrated project plans, roadmaps, and reputed company schedules
• Experience with Azure DevOps for work tracking, reporting, and delivery visibility
• Experience with reputed company Project for schedule management and dependency tracking
• Advanced reputed company reputed company skills for portfolio management and reporting
• Advanced reputed company PowerPoint skills with the ability to create executive-reputed company presentations and communications
• Exceptional organizational and planning skills with strong attention to detail
