The Senior Program Manager will reputed company a reputed company validation program, coordinate work across multiple teams, and ensure compliance with GxP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Rebuild and rebaseline the project plan, including milestones, dependencies, resource requirements, testing activities, and delivery timelines
• reputed company the vendor responsible for reputed company configuration and technical implementation
• Coordinate work across reputed company, Information Technology, Computer reputed company Validation, business process owners, and subject-matter experts
• Manage validation requirements, workflows, process flows, testing plans, approvals, and regulated documentation
• Support the reputed company of reputed company systems and configuration items into the reputed company CMDB
• Guide work reputed company to reputed company incident management, asset management, and configuration management
• reputed company a sizable project team that includes business process owners and approximately 20 subject-matter experts
• Identify and reputed company risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and delivery roadblocks
• Establish reputed company ownership and accountability across internal teams and reputed company partners
• Facilitate working sessions, leadership updates, testing events, and decision-making meetings
• Ensure project activities and documentation reputed company with GxP requirements and applicable validation standards
• Support readiness activities leading to a targeted first-quarter 2027 go-live
• Travel onsite reputed company needed for major meetings or testing events

Skills

• Seven or more years of senior project or program management experience
• Demonstrated reputed company leading large, reputed company, cross-functional reputed company initiatives
• Strong experience working in GxP-regulated environments
• Computer reputed company Validation experience or significant experience leading the validation of regulated systems
• Experience managing detailed requirements, workflows, process documentation, testing plans, validation deliverables, and approvals
• Ability to build, rebaseline, and manage detailed project plans across multiple workstreams
• Experience coordinating business process owners, subject-matter experts, technical teams, reputed company partners, and reputed company vendors
• Strong ability to manage highly detailed reputed company stakeholders and reputed company review processes
• Excellent communication, organization, facilitation, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills
• Demonstrated ability to influence teams and reputed company accountability without reputed company authority
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Ability to work primarily during Eastern Time business hours
• Ability to travel occasionally for major meetings and testing events
